• Day Camp and SEED Camp schedule: Full time for all of June and July. 
  • Hours of Operation: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00p.m
  • Morning Extended Day (Day and SEED Camp): 8am - 9:00am ($25)
  • Afternoon Extended Day (Day and SEED Camp): 3:00pm - 5:00pm ($35)
  • Experiences Extended Day: 4:00 - 5:00pm ($35)
  • Week 5 of Day Camp is short, June 30th - July 2nd, for the July 4th Holiday
• Day Camp is available for rising 1st - 5th graders.
  • Themes change weekly! Check out the camp calendar for all options. 
  • Cost includes Friday pizza lunch, daily canteen, and field trips (as provided). 
• SEED Camp is available for 2 year olds through Kindergarten. Spots are limited and fill up quickly, so register early!
  • Cost includes Friday pizza lunch (for 3y - K) and daily snack. 
• DAY & SEED CAMPS ARE 5-DAY CAMPS (MONDAY-FRIDAY)

Drop off and Pick up:
All Campers must be walked in and signed-in each day.
Day Campers should be picked up and dropped off at the Lower School, off of Harding Road. 

How can I contact camp during the day?
Lipscomb Academy Lower School office is open Monday - Thursday from 10:00-1:00. The office number is: 615.966.1783

Day Campers:
Camp Attire:  Summer clothes: shorts, t-shirts, tennis or shoes with a back strap. 
No flip flops. 
Lunch: All campers must bring a lunch and drink.
Water bottles are encouraged! Please label with child’s name.
Canteen:  Snack time is offered twice a day. A canteen will be set up for those wanting to purchase a snack and Capri suns for $.25 to $.50. Parents are welcome to put money on a tab for your child to purchase a snack.
Games: Campers are allowed to bring any board/card/floor game that they are comfortable sharing at camp. Please label with child's name.
Water play: Every Friday is water play, weather permitting. Children will need to bring a swimsuit, a towel, sunscreen, and water shoes all in a plastic bag. Please put camper's name on each item.

Day Camp Weekly Activities: A lot of our Day Camp weeks have the same schedule to them with different themed crafts, games and activities each week. For example, our water week had a water themed science crafts and fun outdoor water themed games like water balloon toss and fun water play activities. However, each week does have arts, science crafts (slime, painting, etc) and gym/outdoor activities mixed in with the theme. Every Friday is water play, weather permitting. All campers show up in their swimsuits and bring their towels and sunscreen for a fun summer activity day. 

SEED Campers:
Camp Attire:  Summer clothes: shorts, t-shirts,  tennis or shoes with a back strap. No flip flops. 
Diapers:  All SEED campers should bring enough diapers/pull ups daily (please send only the pullups that can velcro on the sides).   Please send in a change of clothes and shoes in a large ziplock bag.  
Lunch:  All campers must bring a lunch and a drink. Water bottles are encouraged, please label with child’s name.
Snack time:  A simple snack will be provided twice a day. Canteen is available for purchase 4s and 5s.
Water Play:  Every Friday is water play; weather permitting. Children will need to arrive at school with their swimsuit on and sunscreen already applied, a towel,  and water shoes/flip flops all in a plastic bag. Please put child’s name on each item. 
Rest Time:  Students will nap or have quiet time everyday.  They will need to bring a rest mat and  blanket for rest time. Please label all items with child’s name.

• SEED and Day Camps are full-day, themed camps designed for younger students in PK2–5th grade.
• Experience Camps are half-day sessions for older students, including rising 6th graders, and focus on areas such as sports, arts, STEM, and other enrichment opportunities. Families may combine a morning and afternoon experience to create a full-day

Our Summer and Holiday Camps are available for students 2-year-olds through 12th grade. Camps are designed to be developmentally appropriate and are grouped by age or grade level to ensure the best experience for each camper.

When registering, families should select camps based on their child’s rising grade level for the upcoming school year, unless otherwise noted in the camp description. Each camp listing includes recommended ages or grades, along with details to help families choose the best fit based on interests and experience.

Example:
A student currently in 3rd grade should register for camps designated for rising 4th graders.

Cancellations Through April 1, 2026: No cancellation fee.

Cancellations April 1 – May 20, 2026: $100 cancellation fee per camp.

Cancellations After May 20, 2026: Eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the total camp cost.

No Refund Window: Once a cancellation request is made within 12 days of the camp’s start date, no refunds will be issued. Requests made during this 12-day period or after the camp has concluded are not eligible for a refund.

This policy will be enforced as written to allow us to properly staff camps, purchase materials, and provide a consistent, high-quality Summer Experience for all participants.
